Do I need to have experience in Belly Dance?

All my classes are designed for fresh beginners, beginners with experience and open minded intermediates. I can't promise that it'll be easy, but if you come frequently you'll get it. If you have experience and have the interest in exploring/relearning details than these classes are also for you!

About the Belly Dance classes

So… You’ve never belly danced before, or you are a beginner, or you want to refine your technique for belly dance or other dance disciplines? If yes, welcome! The classes are a place for an exquisitely beautiful, creative exploration of the feminine mystique, while embracing togetherness with other women. Here yoga and dance meet and melt into mesmerising movements. Classes focus on the exploration of the movement of different parts of the body, from head to toes, we’ll cover it all!

Because amazing movements are the result strong technique, confidence, muscle control and joy, each session includes yoga, technique, movement combos and loops to increase strength & flexibility. Have a ton of fun while staying safe, healthy and refreshed. Inspire others and specially yourself.

Clothing ideas

It’s helpful to wear apparel that reveals the contours of the body. Above all - wear clothing in which you feel confident. Make sure you bring a hip scarf or a belt to accentuate your hips.
